Choose an Amount and Payment Method

The S91 Top Up page lets users select an amount before choosing a supported payment method. Available options shown on the platform include FPX, DuitNow QR and Touch ’n Go. After selecting the required options, tap Pay Now to proceed to the corresponding payment flow.

Complete Payment Through the Selected Channel

Each payment method follows its own checkout process. FPX directs users to an online banking selection, DuitNow QR provides a QR code for payment, while Touch ’n Go continues through an e-wallet payment page.

Preset Top Up Amounts

S91 provides preset top-up selections of RM30, RM100, RM500, RM1,000 and RM3,000. Select the amount that matches the top-up you want to make before proceeding to payment.

Custom Amount

A Custom Amount option is also available on the Top Up page, allowing users to enter an amount instead of choosing one of the displayed preset values.

FPX

FPX provides an online banking route for S91 Top Up. The payment interface displays supported banking options after the transaction is created, allowing users to select the appropriate bank and continue with payment authorization.

DuitNow QR

DuitNow QR provides a QR-based payment option. After proceeding with this method, a payment QR code is generated together with the order amount and reference number for the transaction.

Touch ’n Go

Touch ’n Go is available as an e-wallet option for S91 Top Up. Users can select the e-wallet payment route and continue with Touch ’n Go for the specified transaction amount.

Step 1: Select a Top Up Amount

Open the S91 Top Up page and choose RM30, RM100, RM500, RM1,000 or RM3,000. Alternatively, select Custom Amount when you need to enter a different amount.

Step 2: Choose a Payment Method

Select FPX, DuitNow QR or Touch ’n Go from the available payment options. The next payment screen will depend on the method selected.

Step 3: Tap Pay Now

Review your selected amount and payment method, then tap Pay Now to create the payment transaction and continue to the relevant payment interface.

Step 4: Complete the Payment

Follow the instructions displayed by the selected payment channel. Avoid refreshing the payment page or submitting a payment more than once while the transaction is being processed.

Step 5: Check Your Top Up History

After completing the process, return to the Top Up page and use the History section to review available top-up records.

Step 1: Select FPX

Choose your top-up amount, select FPX as the payment method and tap Pay Now. The transaction page displays the deposit amount, reference number and transaction time before presenting the available payment channels.

Step 2: Select an Online Bank

Under Online Banking, choose from the banks displayed by the FPX payment interface. The available screen includes Maybank, RHB Bank, Public Bank, AmBank, Hong Leong Bank, CIMB Bank, Affin Bank and Bank Simpanan Nasional.

Step 3: Continue to Bank Authorization

Continue through the selected bank’s online payment process and complete the required authorization. Make sure the bank account being used has online payment processing enabled.

Step 4: Wait for the Payment Result

Complete the transaction without repeatedly clicking the submit button or refreshing the browser. Keep the displayed reference number available in case it is needed when checking the transaction.

Step 1: Select DuitNow QR

Choose the required S91 Top Up amount, select DuitNow QR and tap Pay Now to proceed to the QR payment page.

Step 2: Check the Payment Details

The DuitNow QR page displays a QR code together with the transaction reference number and order amount. Confirm the amount shown before making payment.

Step 3: Scan the QR Code

Use a compatible payment app to scan the generated DuitNow QR code and complete the payment for the exact amount displayed on the transaction page.

Step 4: Complete Payment Before the QR Expires

The generated QR code has an expiry timer. Scan and pay before it expires, and do not proceed with payment after the QR code or order has expired.

Step 5: Do Not Reuse the QR Code

The generated QR code is intended for a single payment. Do not scan and pay the same QR code more than once, and avoid using the browser back or refresh controls while completing the transaction.

Step 1: Select Touch ’n Go

On the S91 Top Up page, choose the required amount and select Touch ’n Go as the payment method before tapping Pay Now.

Step 2: Select the E-Wallet

The payment page displays the transaction amount, date, order ID and S91 as the payment recipient. Under Select Payment Method, choose E-Wallet and select Touch ’n Go from the available e-wallet option.

Step 3: Confirm the Amount

Check that the MYR amount displayed on the payment page matches the amount selected for the S91 Top Up before continuing.

Step 4: Proceed with Touch ’n Go Payment

Tap the payment button for the displayed MYR amount and follow the payment instructions presented through the Touch ’n Go payment flow.

Review Previous Top Ups

The History section is located below the payment area on the S91 Top Up page. Available top-up records can be reviewed here after transactions have been made. If there are no records, the page displays “No top up history yet.”

What payment methods are available for S91 Top Up?

The S91 Top Up page provides FPX, DuitNow QR and Touch ’n Go as payment options.

Should I refresh the page while making a payment?

No. The payment instructions shown on the platform advise users not to refresh the browser during the transaction. For DuitNow QR, users are also instructed not to click back or refresh while completing payment.
